Project Summary

Varsity 2 is a whole-home renovation in Calgary's Varsity community, designed with a warm material palette and a refined traditional-modern sensibility. The interior direction centers on rift-cut white oak, classic hunter green millwork accents, custom overlaid millwork details, honed quartz countertops, wide-plank ash engineered hardwood, warm honey bronze and matte black hardware, larger-format porcelain tile, and textured backsplash selections. The result is a major renovation that feels tailored, layered, and highly finished while maintaining a calm residential character.

Design Intent

Warm, classic, and detailed. The design concept uses natural wood, hunter green cabinetry, bronze lighting, black accents, soft neutral walls, and patterned tile to create a renovation that feels elevated without becoming overly formal.
